PawVoyage ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique user identifier and, optionally, your name and email address.
• Pet information: Name, species, breed, date of birth, and photos you add for your pets.
• Travel information: Trip destinations, travel dates, and airline preferences you enter.
• Document metadata: Document names, types, and expiry dates you add to your Vault. Uploaded files are stored securely in cloud storage.
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics about how features are used, to help us improve the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve the PawVoyage service.
• Generate personalized pet travel checklists and reminders.
• Send local push notifications for document expiry and upcoming trips (only if you enable them).
• Process in-app purchases and manage subscription status.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Pet photos and documents are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. We use industry-standard security measures and do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

• Sign in with Apple – Apple Inc. handles authentication. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase – Database and authentication backend.
• Cloudflare R2 – File storage for photos and documents.
• RevenueCat – Subscription and in-app purchase management.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your personal data, pets, trips, documents, and uploaded files from our servers within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

PawVoyage is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
